The room is airy and has lots of natural light. It has a TV with 120 channels and WIFI included, as well as shelves, fan and clothes rack, and also a desk with chair, ideal for workers or students. In addition, you will have a private bathroom.

The two bedrooms share a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine.

House Rules
- no smoking
- access to laundry services in the residence for washing / drying costs an extra € 5 per service
- Bookings with a minimum of 3 months.

There is a self-service laundry (pay-per-use) with washer and dryer that you can use.
Supermarkets, pharmacies and ATMs are less than a 5-minute walk away. ISEG is a 6-minute walk away.
All rooms are fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Renovated building located in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Lisbon.
There are 8 apartments, 2 per floor and each apartment contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is one of the rare buildings in the region that has an elevator.
Santos is a typical neighborhood, with multiple transport connections to all corners of the city.

¿Cuál es el equipamiento habitual del piso?
Todos los pisos publicados en Flatio pasan el control de calidad y cumplen la normativa y revisiones impuestas por nuestro equipo. Los propietarios deben ofrecer el piso completamente amueblado y disponer de sábanas y toallas limpias para los nuevos inquilinos.
¿Qué es un alquiler temporal?
Los alquileres temporaler son de 1 a 6 meses. La mayoría de los propietarios alquilan pisos a largo plazo o solo para unos días. Sin Flatio es muy difícil encontrar un alojamiento de corta estancia.
¿Puedo leer el contrato de alquiler antes de hacer la reserva?

Puedes revisar online el contrato de alquiler antes de realizar tu reserva. Después del cierre del contrato estará disponible en la aplicación Mi vivienda.

No hace falta preocuparte por los contratos de alquiler de FLATIO. Nuestros contratos están hechos para evitar cualquier problema. Aunque algunos propietarios requieren un contrato propio, están cambiados según nuestras condiciones.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
