THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
This property is located in the west of Madeira Island, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, municipality of Calheta. Being in a more secluded area, you will not find any kind of commerce in the vicinity of the property.
Forty minutes by car are Porto Moniz's famous swimming pools. Nearby you can visit the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse, which is an 8-minute drive away.
In Prazeres area, you can find a market and restaurants.
In the municipality of Calheta, you can visit the museum installed in the 'Casa das Mudas' or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the center of the village. There you will find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.
We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the house. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own in the airport!

● Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
