Casa da Vargem II, is set in a plot of two properties, located in the warm and sunny municipality of Ponta do Sol, in a privileged area of excellent sun exposure and sea view. The property has large green areas surrounding the properties, as well as a beautiful organic garden cared by Mrs. Fatima, which treats the wide variety of herbs available.
To complete the good outdoor spaces, the property has a wonderful shared swimming pool with an infinity sea view and a hot tub where you can take your stress-free bath in comfort.
Inside, the decor blends with the modern architectural features that stand out through simplicity and good taste. The house has one bedroom with double bed; bathroom; and a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum capacity is 2 people

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
The house is located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Nearby is a small grocery store where you can do some shopping. The house is 6 minutes from Ponta do Sol village centre. Here you will find several restaurants, a café, and some shops. In Ribeira Brava, which is a 10-minute drive from the property, there are supermarkets and some local shops.
The airport is 40 minutes by car and the city of Funchal is 25 minutes.
We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the house. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
● All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
