It is one of the biggest shopping centres in the Czech Republic
The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. It's located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator.
There is one sofa bed in the living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, and washing machine. There is also a balcony. Please see the photos to get a better understanding of the apartment layout.

The apartment does not have its own parking space but it is possible to park the car in the street (fee may apply). There is also a secured underground garage located 10 min walk from the apartment and cost around 15 EUR per 24 hours.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
