The apartment was OK. Not worth 1800 a month apartments in Vienna are half that for this size even furnished I found this landlord was not only scamming me (a single mother from USA trying to start a life in Vienna.) But also that he was cruel. When the rent was late though I gave him a heads up about my situation, he sent threatening messages and changed the thermostat from his phone app to freezing then to scolding hot. Making my son and I sick. Wouldn't recommend anyone rent from him ever. Not only Is he Greedy and charging 2x what it should be, but also his cruel, dangerous behavior.

My family enjoyed staying at Herbert's apartment for more than 5 months when I did my internship in Vienna. It was a great experience and we are quite happy about it! We lived in a nicely furnished, clean and well-cared apartment in one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Vienna. Herbert and his spouse Elizabeth are very nice and welcoming people who kindly helped to check us in and supported throughout our stay in Vienna. It was easy to communicate with them on any apartment-related issues and we always received response in good English or German. I'd definitely recommend renting this apartment.

Vecindario
The neighbourhood is dynamic and a bit hectic as it's located only 10 min by public transport from the city center. There are all necessary groceries and services nearby to make anybody's life comfortable.
