We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything matched the description — clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location made it easy to explore the city, and communication with the hosts was smooth throughout the stay.

My stay in this apartment was truly wonderful. The place is even lovelier and brighter than it looks in the photos, with a spacious feel that pleasantly surprised me. It has everything you need for a long-term stay, every detail is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home from day one.

Kristóf and Brigitta were absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their friendliness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. It’s a bright little haven in Budapest and a perfect place to stay.

The neighborhood is lively, safe, and very convenient. You have supermarkets, cafés, and public transport just a short walk away, yet the area still feels calm and residential. It’s a great spot to experience everyday life in Budapest.

And Very nice service and clean & cozy bed and bed room and clean bed sheet, pillow.

Sofa and fabric chairs has little bit stinky..
Shower room also good except shower holder can't be fixed.

As opposed to what was promised, there is no balcony in the apartment.
Be ready to live on the loudest street in budapest, with ambulances and police sirens every 10 min.
All of that with a host that lies to you (the 'smart ac' is just a way to make sure you are not enjoying it too much), and also treats you like a child (frequent house inspections).
Be ready for lack of privacy with an unmentioned common area (there is a picture, yes, but very ambiguous and without a word of description).

A lakás csodálatos volt, még jobb volt mint a képeken. Az agy nagyon kényelmes volt és a lakás jól felszerelt. Brigitta sokat segített és biztosra ment, hogy minden rendben menjen. Biztosan visszajövök :)

The flat was wonderful, even better than on the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the flat is well equipped. Brigitta supported all along and she made sure that everything goes well. I am surely coming back!

Not the fanciest neighborhood, however I think it is safe to stay. Everything is close: shops, public transportation, it is a great location
