I have a newly renovated flat that my mother uses when she visits the family from the United States. I have designed it with my grandfathers memory in mind.
My mother really enjoys her stays here as public transport is within walking distance and it is very easy to get to the different areas of Prague.
I am a business professional and work in a multi-national firm but fully remote -- which I considered when designing the apartment.
The location provides a bright and airy atmosphere with large windows for natural light.
My experience in renting is limited providing long term rentals, but have plenty of experience as a renter, short term holiday rentals and even couchsurfing back in the day. I've been in Prague for more than 12 years and will be happy to share my experiences to provide a happy, productive atmosphere while you are in Prague.

The flat, and the owner, deserve a 10+/10 rating. Easy communication, super clean, tidy and stocked flat, great location, etc. Look no further, this is the real deal ;)

Andrew is always answering very quickly and he his helpful. The appartment is spaceous, georgous and comfortable and fully furnished. Very nice location, wit easy access to public transportation.

The owner is very attentive to our needs. He responds relatively quickly. Very helpful and he also provide us a little guide with some very interesting information and best places to go. I really appreciate that.

it is rather a quiet area with few shops around but with public transport it is very easy to get around. I loved it Bea aise it was quiet.

We were lucky to find this apartment - it's perfectly clean, and beautiful, everything is new, and, of course, the owner is excellent, he will tell you everything and help you.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more is available here. The apartment is conveniently located in a new building, in a quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minutes to the tram, 5 minutes by tram to the shopping center, and 10-15 minutes by tram to the city center. There are shops nearby. We booked the apartment for a month, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay. If it were available, we would have stayed even longer.
It's a super place, we can even say the best one we've stayed in for several years.

Andrew is very responsible person, easy to talk to and very helpful. He put lots of effort to make this amazing flat as wonderful as it is now. He was very enthusiastic about this place, he spent lots of time furnishing and decorating it to make sure anyone can feel like home.
Andrew is a Director at a major software company, he also has a business he started several years ago with the demographics of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
He has good communication skills dealing with team members and VP’s of the company he works for.
This flat has been a labor of love drawing on his passion of mid century modern which he developed from his grandfather.
I have stayed in this flat a number of times and being older he provides mobility aides for me, if there are any problems he contacts the correct services to fix the problem.
Andrew is amazing and hard working person. He felt is love with this flat and spend lots of time to make it beautiful, not only for himslef but as well for others who will get a chance to stay over there. In case you will have any questions he will help you and will make sure your stay is as pleasent as it could be :)
