Overall a very nice flat. The bathroom was a little hard to dry out after showering and it was a little to warm at night, even hough I turned down the radiator completely. Sometimes the Wifi was unstable.

The hotel is standing quite alone, there is no real neighbourhood.
You can quite easily reach both the city center, as well as the
University Campus Bohunice.

The accommodation was situated in a suburban area of the city, surrounded by a peaceful natural setting. The apartment itself was modern and luxurious, offering an ideal stay for two people. The host, Mrs. Kveta, was exceptionally hospitable, helpful, and always willing to provide support.

I was very satisfied with the apartment and the overall experience. The owner was on hand when needed to answer any questions and clearly explained how everything worked on arrival, as access to the building and apartment is via card entry. It's very much a hotel room with kitchen facilities. Everything is clean and modern and the weekly housekeeping is a great touch. Highly recommend the apartment.

Vecindario
It's a little way out from the centre of Brno, but public transport in the area is excellent. It has a lovely cycling and walking track across the road and is quiet.

Thank you so much for my stay. I enjoyed my stay. Communication was great,.. My manager provided me with everything I asked for. The kitchen had everything that it needed for basic cooking. Towels were provided each week and also nice big bath robes. There was even shampoo, soap and body wash. AC worked. It was quite place. The bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay !

I'm really happy with the apartment, I'll definitely come back if I have a chance! The whole room and was cleaned perfectly every Monday, the landlady was really nice, all around I was feeling safe and sound. Also you can easily travel to the campus and city center with a bus that is 3 minutes from the hotel. Definitely recommend :)

There is a really nice forest just across the street and a river too, great place to walk with your pet. Unfortunately not many shops around, but with public transport you can easily go to the city center.

Had an excellent stay in Hotel Santander. Would have definitely extended my stay if it would have been on the opposite corner of Brno :)

Its located in area surrounded by dense trees. There's bus and tram station at walking distance. Only thing is you need to take a bus to buy groceries or daily needs.

Everything was perfect! Cosy modern decorated rooms, green area arount the hotel, secure garage. The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, only good words for them!
