A very spacious one bedroom appartment in the heart of Prague. Trams and Buses available in walking distance and so are grocery stores and super markets. A lovely Public Park nearby to spend your evenings.

A basement appartment which is a blessing in disguise during summer. Its 35 degrees outside but 20 degrees inside. Has a de-humidifier which helsp keeps very cool inside the house. Has all the basic essential amenities and modern.

A wonderful host who is very supportive. When I requested some additional cooking pots he immediately got me 2 addtional pots within a day. When we had some issues with our microwave oven, within 2 hours they replaced with a new one.

Would recomment this to any one and we look forward to staying here again in our next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Petr’s apartment. He was always available, very kind, and responsive whenever I had a question. The apartment itself is fantastic — very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end of my stay. I highly recommend both the apartment and Petr as a host!

The area around the apartment is really convenient — you have everything you need within walking distance. There’s a major tram and bus station just 5 minutes away, which makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. You’ll also find two grocery stores nearby (Tesco and Albert, both 5–7 minutes away), and two gyms very close to the apartment.
The neighborhood is also extremely safe and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Petr is an amazing landlord. He welcomed my friend and I wonderfully and was always ready to assist our needs. The house is not only made by the walls but also by those who manage it and Petr, in his task, is the best!

Almost like you are in the countryside, just with more opportunities, but the neighborhood is extremely safe, calm and quiet. Also, very close to the nature.

Byt je hezky zařízen a s možnosti parkování před domem. Myslím, ze v létě by naše zkušenost byla o moc příjemnější, byt je diky umístění v suterénu dost temný a mírně vlhký. Majitel je vstřícný a ochotný. Celkově bych byt doporučila návštěvníkům se staršími dětmi či bez.
