Helena and her husband were excellent host with great communication and response. The rental was very comfortable and clean. The provided garage parking was greatly appreciated. We (my wife and I) look forward to renting from them again in the future

The location of the apt is very close to the canal environment with walking access to many enjoyable activities. It is very close to the Costa nova beach, with a central location to nazare and porto

We stayed at the appartment for the month of april 2025 en really enjoyed it. The appartment is new, well designed and tastfully decorated and fully equipped, close to a supermarket and the center of Aveiro, which is a very nice place to stay for a visit..
Helena is a wonderfull host. Thanks for everything!!

Gorgeous place. The apartment is located on the first floor of the fully new building, close to the city center. So, you want to be worried about draft or humidity. All the household appliances are in perfect condition; the furniture is new and decorated with taste.
The only downside I can mention is that supermarkets are far away, so you would need to use a local convenience store or get a car. By the way, although it's not mentioned, the underground parking is also included.
Helena has been very responsive and helpful. However, there were a few occasions we had to reach out to her.

Vecindario
Quiet neighborhood, near to city center. On the one hand, you can get to the historical landmark on foot, on the other, big groceries would be a bit distant.

The house was great and the owners very nice. The house has everything you need to be comfortable, it is in a good area and all amenities are within walking distance. For going to the university it was perfect. The area is quiet and peaceful, and even in the house there is little outside noise.

The area is quiet and peaceful, and even in the house there is little outside noise. Nearby are small supermarkets, bars, a wine house, and a bus stop at the end of the street. Also within walking distance are BUGAs, Aveiro's city bikes. The street is one-way so there is also very little traffic.

It was a great time. Very responsive owners! The apartment is new, everything was done with love, fully equipped down to the smallest detail. The location is the best, within walking distance of the park, attractions and restaurants.

Stunning apartments - beautiful, bright, functional, clean and have everything you need to stay for a week or two. Located on a quiet street 2 minutes from the park and 3 minutes from the Forum.
