Maja ist eine sehr herzliche und zuverlässige Vermieterin, wenn man was brauchte hat sie immer zeitnah geantwortet und auch ein paar Tipps gegeben. Viel Kommunikation herrschte darüber hinaus nicht, das hat mich aber keineswegs gestört.
Die Unterkunft ist eine süße vorübergehende Alternative zur herkömmlichen Wohnung, sie war aufgeräumt (außer ein paar Spinnweben) und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Am meisten gefiel mir die schöne Lage des Bungalow, keine 100 Meter weiter ist direkt das Meer, die Nachbarschaft ist friedlich und sicher, und zuletzt die ganzen tollen Katzen, die ab und an zu Besuch kamen.
Würde ich jeden empfehlen, der etwas weiter außerhalb der Stadt verbleiben möchte.

I was there for 3 months. It is a really nice little house, the sea is 100 meters away, and the beach is really pretty. Smaller shops are also in walking distance. With Maja and her husband we didn't communicate a lot, but just because there was no need for it. But when we did, they were super kind and approachable. In the neighborhood there live (when I was there) a bunch of super happy children, whose laughter gave an extra very nice happy vibe to the house. I had a great time.

Vecindario
Very nice, very safe, very clean. I was in the winter, so it was also calm, in the summer it is probably a lot busier.

I went for a month to La Palestra gym, I had a monthly morning membership card for 40 Eur, with which you can go every day till 2pm. It was a good deal.

The whole area is nice, I walked and ran a lot around.

Cozy apartment, bit far from the city but with the bus its only 15 mins. Nice and quiet neighborhood with a great beach.

Vecindario
Safe and quiet, only minus is there is only one shop Tommy, everything else its closed in the winter.

This flat was peaceful, private and quiet. Be careful of coming out onto the main road. There is a blind curve. The place is very clean.

Some improvements which could be made for next preparations: Sewage leak odor from the toilet, a clogged shower drain.

The landlord is friendly and acknowledged my concerns. Overall a great place that shows common sense and thoughfulness.

Vecindario
A small rock beach with a nice view is just across the road.
