Great accommodation with all you might need - plenty of space in wardrobes and such, a rather well-equipped kitchen (including salt and oil, which was a nice touch), a comfortable bed. Clean too.
Surprisingly good and frequent connection to the centre on workdays, yet close to nature.
Very nice and helpful host, always quick to offer help and solutions.
The apartment is a bit cold and dark, but that much is expected, clear from the description. The one true issue I had was the lock that glitched despite my best effort to follow the advice given.
Overall a wonderful place for the price.

V tomto bytě jsme strávili 6týdnů.Nebylo to špatné,ale mám výhrady,co se týče zařízení bytu.V první řadě mi vadila naprostá tma v koupelně,slaboučká žárovka,která absolutně nestačila.
Další závažná věc je nulové zastínění v hlavní místnosti,takže v létě nesnesitelně.
Chybí jakékoliv kuchyňské náčiní,byla tam pouze 1 vařečka!
Kávovar jsme si museli přinést sami.
Celkově byt bez jakékoliv výzdoby na zdech,takže neútulno.

Vecindario
Momentálně všechny klady této lokality ruší hlučná stavba,která spolu s blízkou silnicí brání v klidném spánku.

I have nothing to say about the owner, she has been very nice during my entire three-month stay, and the place is inexpensive for Prague. However, the flat itself has some hidden aspects that are important to mention. It's not bad: the room is very nice, and the living room and kitchen are okay, but there are some issues worth noting.

Firstly, during my stay, there was a problem with hot water because when someone in the building was using hot water, I couldn't use mine. Secondly, sometimes people who do not live in the shared flat come over to cook or to use the sofa... They are not bad people, but it's always surprising to see strangers in our flat.

Overall, my stay was okay, but I think these points are relevant, and people should know about them before coming. I'm sure these issues can be resolved and the situation can improve in the future, but for now, this is how it is. Thank you for your understanding.

Thuy is a great host! It is really easy to communicate with her and ask for help/advice. Moreover, the house is cozy, clean and you barely feel that there are other tenants there. Would definitely recommend staying at Thuy's place!

Perfect studio, has everything you need. Bus stop, grocery store and park less than 30 seconds away. Amazing landlady, whenever I had an issue she came up with solutions, even if it was 10 pm, she still was there, willing to help.

The place is very calm, the public transport is good, Clementine the cat , she is a lovely pet. The owner , I don't have much to say , Thuy is okay, your sister is much more helpful. I really don't had talked too much with the owner to have a realistic opinion.
