I had a wonderful stay in Valencia, and I can’t recommend Pura enough as a host. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful. One morning she even surprised me with delicious churros and chocolate, which was such a lovely touch.

Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She kindly helped me with shopping when I arrived on a Sunday, and she was very accommodating when my mom came to visit, even bringing extra sheets for us.

It was truly a pleasure having her as my host.

The flat itself is great: very well located, clean, practical, and quiet, with all amenities nearby. I would wholeheartedly recommend renting this place to anyone visiting Valencia.

Vivimos 6 meses en este apartamento y todo fue muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está a una calle del tranvía y del supermercado, además de encontrarse a 20 minutos a pie del centro histórico.
El apartamento tiene muy buen tamaño y está muy bien equipado. No echamos nada en falta.
Pura, nuestra anfitriona, fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Lo recomendamos mucho y, sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos aquí en una próxima estancia en Valencia.

Vecindario
Calle muy tranquila, con autobús, metro, transvia y estación de valen bici muy cercas. Hay algunos hornos cerca, un parque, supermercados, farmacias y cafeterías también.

We stayed here for 7 months and Pura was always a friendly and attentive landlord, the apartment is well located 10 min walk to the city and close to the metro and subway. The inclusions are very good with dishwasher and cutlery so coming from overseas we didnt need much.
Pura was always helpful and prompt in responding to any questions we had, so we have no hesitation in recommending this location for short or longer stays.

Vecindario
It's a little bit out of the city(10-15min walk) , which we liked as we didnt have the typical tourist surges in the summer, but we we close enough to get into the city. The metro is 3 min walk up the street and there is plenty of shops and markets nearby. For those who prefer bicycle, the Vanlenbisi hire bikes are located close by and are cheap and easy to use

local pubs in Benimaclet are good and lots of restaurants in the area. a short ride on the metro gets you to the beach which is huge and definitely worth a visit

We spent a great month in Valencia, with the apartment being in a very nice area, quiet, but close to the city center and to many shops and restaurants. Everything went smooth, the place is exactly as in the photos and Pura was exceptionally kind to us and we are very grateful to her, maybe we'll have the chance to meet again!

The neighborhood is great for living, but also provides good access to the entire city of Valencia.

We would give Pura and 11 if we could. Pura is a super host... kind, friendly and very attentive to our needs. She is straight round to sort out and problems and even had a new washing machine fitted within a day when the old one broke.

It's a lovely local area with plenty of bars and supermarkets and it's right next to the Vickers park which is a beautiful place to spend relaxing time. It also had easy access to the old town and the shopping area.
