The flat is located the centre of Budapest (near the Central Market Hall) very easily accessible by public transport. It is very well equiped with all home devices, which you can probably need during your staying (also cooking stuff). There is nothing bad what I can say about the flat. However, there are two things I would like to highlight for future renters. Firstly if you plan to come by car, please keep in mind that there is no possibility to park a car close to this accommodation. And the most important thing (for some potentional renters): The ulitity fees (electricity, heating, water etc.) are not included in the FLATIO accommodation price (given by flat owner), so the accommodation is not so cheap as it may look like. Anyway, I still enjoyed the stay (3 months) there...

As a start, I would give 1000%! I was extremely satisfied with the owner's awesome assistance during my stay in Budapest. Kati was very helpful, attentive and friendly. She constantly answered all my questions and was very professional. It was a wonderful experience because Kati extended all the help to create a superb stay for us. The whole renting process and my stay at Kati’s gorgeous home in the heart of Budapest was amazing! Her property is very smartly designed and extremely cosy. Each room is created in its own style and personality, its a little paradise own its own. The property is clean, neat and very well maintained. The accommodation location is super!
Kati is a perfect host! I would love to return there in the future and I highly recommend Kati’s beautiful home in the stunning heart of Budapest!

Katalin was a great host! Super accommodating giving local places to check out and checking in to make sure everything was good. Flat was in an excellent location right in the heart of Budapest! Be sure to check out the market down the street to pick up groceries to cook in the spacious kitchen
