Hi there, I am Czech and since I was 20, I have spent most of my time abroad, primarily in San Francisco and several other places across four continents, so it can be said that I enjoy traveling and exploring. My main interest lies in sociology, psychology within the context of culture, especially music.
I put lot of love into this place so hope You will love it too, therefore I prefer that we get to know each other before finalizing the contract, allowing You to inspect everything and ensure whether the apartment is suitable for you or not.

I had a great stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Petr is a very attentive, thoughtful, and caring landlord. He resolved every issue I had immediately and was always quick to respond. Thank you for your kindness and support throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is really neat and has everything needed for comfortable life for two people. The flat looks much better than you can imagine by photos in the description.
Petr is an extremely helpful landlord who is above all praise. I recommend the apartment to anybody interested.

I stayed at Petr's flat for 3 months and I wish I could have stayed longer! Petr has put a great deal of effort into making his flat a unique and comfortable home. It has a good-sized kitchen and a great home entertainment system, and it's a lovely place to relax and spend time. Even though the location is not in the centre of town, it is located near a bus stop with buses leaving every 5 minutes during the day, so commuting was never an issue for me. Petr is a very kind and attentive host, and dropped by when he was in town to bring a juicer and other bits and pieces to the flat. When Petr wasn't in town, his brother was available to handle things and both were easily contactable. The other residents of the building were also friendly, and the area is nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this flat to anybody!
