Notre séjour (ERASMUS) s'est très bien passé. Les échanges avec Veronika ont été très bons. L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé (draps, serviettes, lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, café fourni,...)

Quartier très calme et sécurisé. L'accès au centre ville est rapide grâce au transport en commun. Le soir, des bus circulent.

The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The host was extremely polite and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. It is an excellent choice for families looking for a short-term stay in Brno. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Albert supermarket and a nearby bus stop, providing easy access to different parts of the city. The apartment is also fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Veronika is really nice and I had a nice time in Brno. The apartment is really nice, clean and fully furnished. I spend 3 months there and It was a great time.

Vecindario
The neighnorhood is pretty calm. Sometimes there are a little bit more people because of the exposition center nearby but It's only on day-time and it's not really noisy.

For the supermarket, I would recommend the "Albert" nearby, not very big but it's okay. I also really like the restaurant "Bonjour Vietnam", really good !

Absolutely fabulous hosts! 10/10 would recommend staying here. Location was great - nice and quiet. The apartment faces into the garden, so it's nice and quiet. It is very close to the number 1 tram which takes you into the heart of the city in about 10 minutes. There is a bus stop right outside the building doors.

Apartment is clean, well taken care of and cozy. Shower has good water pressure. Internet is reliable. They have everything you need to feel at home.

Byt v horším stavu než je patrné z fotek (je přislíbená rekonstrukce). Ale poloha bytu příjemná, bezpečná oblast, pohodlný způsob pro check-in i check-out, fajn komunikace s majiteli.

VIDA pro rodiny a děti, BVV pro kohokoliv, Mendlovo náměstí na přesedy na tramvaje/trolejbusy, taky na nákup i relax.

It was hot and the AC was very weak, so the apartment..
The curtains are not enough to avoid the light, so when the sun rises it was difficult to sleep (during 10 days).
When we arrived (14 august)there was not enough paper to the toilet, liquid to wash the dishes and the clothes, kitchen towels were very old, notrash bags...

Very good location, it's safe district and it's close to the centre. Apartment was ok, but no so fresh as it looks on photo. But still apartment was good and cosy.

The apartment itself has ample storage, is comfortable, has a decent kitchen and good internet. The landlords were pleasant to deal with.

A quiet area in Brno, but only 2km from most anything you would hope to have access to. The apartment block itself has a nice garden plaza where kids play and people walk their dogs. It's only a couple blocks from the river walk, which is lovely when the weather is nice,
