My name is Tamás. I recently decided to rent out our lovely, clean house located in a quiet neighborhood.
I am 68 years old and currently inactive, so I have plenty of time to take care of the property and assist the tenants with anything they might need.
My wife, Mary, is also ready to help the guests and make their stay more comfortable

I had a pleasant stay at Mr. Tamas and Mrs. Mary’s house. The location is excellent, within about 10 minutes walk you can find a big supermarket, and the neighbourhood itself is very quiet and peaceful. In just around 7 minutes on foot, you can reach the tram stops for lines 5 and 6, which take you directly to the city centre, and from there you can easily travel anywhere you need to. The public transportation system in Szeged is truly convenient and efficient.
The house has a lovely green garden that makes the place feel very calm and welcoming. The owners are kind and helpful people, when I was unwell, they even offered to take me to the doctor, which I really appreciated. They also provided me with a bicycle that I could use freely whenever I wanted.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with welcoming hosts and a great location.

It’s a peaceful and safe residential area with easy access to public transport, shops, and everything you might need. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to stay somewhere calm but still be close to the city center.
