Trawelltopia was founded by Julian Schuldt & Igor Bozic from Germany together with a dedicated local team of German-Croatians and Croatians. This combination allows us to bring German reliability and precision together with Croatian hospitality and local expertise.
We set the highest standards in all aspects – from the design and equipment of our villas to cleanliness and guest support. And should a problem ever arise, you can rely on us: there is always a team member available locally, usually able to be on-site within an hour.

Julian/Trawelltopia was an excellent housing provider. Communication was always fast, clear, and very friendly. Everything in the apartment was exactly as described – clean, well equipped, and perfectly prepared for our stay.
Whenever we had a question, Julian or a member of his local team was available right away, often with a solution within the same hour. It gave us a great feeling of security and care throughout the whole rental period.
