Greetings my friend I am Toni and me and my family have been renting properties for quite a while now, we make sure that properties are clean, in good conditions and you make sure that they get left like that ;) and it will be a fair deal. We always try to fullfil our guests needs if they are cooperative of course and we make sure nobody bothers you unless you do these stated things...
Stated things:
Smoke in apartment
Pile up the trash in or around the house
Bring more people than it is cosidered to be normal(every accommodation has it's own limit)
Make very loud noises(you can arrange meetings and put on some music just don't be reckless)
Try not to make damages...but if shit happens we will be reasonable.
