We are a vacation rental hotel management company.
The company was established in 2024, utilizing the hospitality skills it has honed through its work in resort hotels and wedding production.
We currently operate two properties: a 120m2 Japanese modern 4LDK apartment for families (JM Inn Sumida), and a 3LDK maisonette apartment (JM Inn Sorato) with excellent access to Shibuya and Shinjuku.


Our Story

JM STAY was founded in 2024 by husband‐and‐wife duo Jotaro and Maya Shirai. Jotaro spent years around the globe as an energy‐plant engineer. Those journeys taught him two things: the richness of other cultures —and the quiet depth of his own. Determined to share “the best of Japan” in a responsible way, he first launched a vintage film‐camera business that gave new life to timeless tools. Today that vision has grown into JM STAY vacation rentals. We restore unused homes and apartments, blending Japandi design with modern comfort so guests can experience: the elegance of Japanese craftsmanship, the rhythm of the four seasons, and the warmth of local communities.
