We are experienced property owners and landlords with more than 20 years of experience in residential rentals. Today my wife and I own and manage several rental properties and currently have multiple long-term tenants living in our apartments.
We also previously operated short-term rental properties as Airbnb Superhosts, maintaining consistently high standards of accommodation, communication and guest satisfaction.
Over the years, we have learned that successful tenancies are built on clear communication, mutual respect and well-maintained properties. Our aim is to provide a professional, reliable and hassle-free rental experience for every tenant.
All of our apartments are furnished and maintained with great care, combining practicality, comfort and modern design.
