Bohdan was a very kind and gracious host, very reachable whenever anything was needed and happy to help. The apartment was in good condition and was sufficient for my 2.5 month stay, quite a decent size for a studio apartment too. I loved that there was a balcony as well. The kitchen appliances and shower were modern and in good condition, and the heating worked well so the apartment was pleasantly warm for cold weather. Please note however, that it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so anyone with movement disabilities take note. For me this was fine, however.

The neighborhood was absolutely wonderful, I loved living there, with many cafes, coffee shops, bars, salons, and restaurants nearby. The cinema around the corner was excellent—you couldn't ask for a better neighborhood. It was also very close to the city center, 25 minutes total travel time, with a tram stop right up the street and many other tram connections nearby for any direction of travel needed. The train station Vršovice is 10 mins away as well. I was happy with my stay and was grateful for such a nice place to call home during my time in Prague, and hope I can return again soon.

It is a very hip and trendy neighborhood right now, with lots of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. It is a great place for authentic nightlife in Prague, not full of tourists and full of actual locals. There are wonderful bakeries and coffee shops everywhere, you can find anything you need for a relaxing morning or afternoon. Beautiful parks around the area as well, with excellent transit networks everywhere around the apartment.

A cinema, Kino Pilotu is right around the corner that shows many different kinds of films, with many also in English. Cafe Bar Pilotu is gorgeous and right next to the cinema, and is a must-visit. Bohemian Boards and Brews is a great place to play board games with some beers. Coffee Source Francouzská is a great coffee shop that sells excellent coffee beans of various kinds. KRO Vršovice has incredible pastries and delicious brunch/lunch. Coffee corner bakery is another great option. Patra coffee shop is right down the street.

There is also a market on Saturdays in nearby Vinohrady, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Lokal in Vinohrady is one of the most respectable chains of Czech cuisine with local ingredients that is within 10 minute walking distance, and Cafe Sladkovsky 5 minutes away in Vršovice is quite popular.

A very nice comfortable flat with everything you need. Great location and connection to different areas in Prague. I would highly recommend this place. Landlord is very nice as well

There are a few small shops for everyday items and a direct tram bus to Eden mall (takes about 6min). Nice pubs and cafes and the vineyards just at the top of the street with a beautiful clean park

Všetko v úplnom poriadku. Byt je v úžasnej lokalite pár minút električkou od centra. Je skromne vybavený, postačujúco na kratší pobyt. Bývalo sa nám vynikajúco.

The flat is well equipped and in a good condition. It's close to a tram stop and a park is nearby, too. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The communication was very easy. I really enjoyed staying there and can recommend it!

Bogdan was a great landlord. He was very helpfull and answered our questions very quickly. The appartement is very cozy and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of a washing machine, which for a long stay can be annoying.

Solidní bydlení za nízkou cenu. V bytě je rychlý bezdrátový internet, pohodlná postel, základně vybavená kuchyň. Majitel je naprosto v pohodě.

The apartment is very close to the Krymská stop and from there you can get where you need to go. Nearby are a couple of pubs, a Greek bistro and a cinema (in which I was not but with friends has a good reputation). Great place for facilities on inviting Prague.

Bohužel nikdy více za tyto peníze, opravdu špatná postel alá ubytovna ještě zničená, kuchyň prakticky bez nadobí, v celém bytě neustále zima kvůli profukujícím vchodovým dveřím a slabému topení. Pračka s nefunkčním ždímáním. Mrzí mě, že musím psát takovou recenzi, ale za mě takto...

V bytě se nám bydlelo moc dobře! Žádné problémy nebo poruchy. Jednání s panem majitelem bylo velmi profesionální a přátelské zároveň.

Byt se nachází ve velmi atraktivní lokalitě ale tím, že má okna do dvora, není ruch z ulice slyšet a člověk dokonce na moment zapomene, že se nachází skoro v centru města.

Na snídaně / brunch jsme si oblíbili kavárnu Mezi srnky.
Na večení posezení venku na zahrádce je kousíček v parku Kafarna Na kus řeči.
Na koktejly nedáme dopustit na Bar Pilotů, který je přímo za rohem.
Na pečivo jsme si oblíbili italskou La Focacceria jen 3min od domu.

Obecně to je z bytu kousek do nejrůznějších destinací - do Havlíčkových sadů (Grébovky), na farmářské trhy na náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad, přes Riegrovy sady, po kavárny a restuarace a bary a obchody přímo na Vinohradech ale i na Žižkově či ve Vršovicích.

CZ: Skvělé místo vše co potřebujete je poblíž. Jediný co můžu vytknout je že první 3 dny nám netekla teplá voda z důvodu výměny boileru. A ještě jedna věc je postel a to že neskutečně vrže i přetočení a už za vrže.

Komunikace s Bohdanem byla skvělá. Vše poradil a pomohl velmi ochotný a vše takže tam nemáme co vytknout.

EN: Great place all you need is nearby (retro cinema 1min, supermarket 5min). The only thing I can criticize is that the first 3 days we did not run hot water because of the replacement of the boiler. And one more thing is thet the bed creaks just when you sit down or turn around in the night and in my opinion would definitely be replace or at least the screws tightened.

Communication with Bohdan was great. He was very helpful with everything so there's nothing I could reproach.

Very nice flat (the same as you can see in the pictures) close to the city centre with tram, bus and metro at a walking distance. Easy communication with the owner, who is always available for any question. Would definitely recommend!

Great location in the city center, although very quiet. Peace Square in a walking distance. Many high quality coffee shops around, some of the best in Prague.
