My name is Giorgi Datiashvili. I am a medical doctor currently living and practicing in Germany. I am renting out my apartment located in Tbilisi.
Until now, I was the only person who lived in this apartment—it has never been rented before. The apartment was fully renovated a few years ago (European-standard renovation) and is exceptionally well-maintained. It comes fully furnished, with some of the furniture personally designed and crafted by my wife and me.
Although I am based in Germany, my parents and sister live right nearby in the same neighborhood. They are readily available and happy to assist you with anything you might need during your stay. Additionally, I am available 24/7 online and always glad to answer any questions or help in any way I can.
I speak English, German, and Georgian fluently
