An excellent stay! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly prepared for my arrival, and I felt at home from the very first day.

A big thank you to Petra, who was an incredibly helpful and warm host. She was available, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my entire stay. The check-in with Zuzana also went very smoothly — everything was clear, simple, and well organized.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay and a great welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Amazing apartment and great host.
Clean, spacious and cozy place with dedicated workplace and fully equipped kitchen. Somehow, in a hot days there was okay without conditioner. Nice location, Lidl- 10 min and Tesco express- 5 min and stops of public transport.
Big 'Thanks" to host, great and fast communication!
I'm highly recommended.

Really nice well decorated apartment place 10min from IP Pavlova and Muzeum by tram. Owner was very helpful and communicated well. Parking spot in the garage was also very handy.

Neighborhood is safe I believe as Prague is quite safe city but a little bit off though. Some restaurants around but probably not much do in Nusle. Lidl was 10min walk away which is quite OK for Prague.

S paní naprostá spokojenost. Spolupráce na jedničku!:)

Byt je velmi hezký a najdete tam vše, co potřebujete.

Lokalita taky super, poblíž obchody, kavárny, tramvajové zastávky, ale zároveň klidná lokalita.

Za mě naprostá spokojenost a mohu jenom doporučit!

V okolí najdete vše potřebné. Je poblíž Tesco, kavárny a i tramvajový zastávky, takže co se týče dopravy po Praze, není to vůbec žádný problém, zastávky jsou opravdu blízko.

Zuzana was very kind and an excellent communicator. The apartment was in immaculate condition when I moved in, and it was a near-perfect home for my five week stay in Prague. Though the temperatures reached 35C outside, the apartment stayed comfortable without AC. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings and appliances were of high quality. Tenants should be aware that the bedroom looks out on a fairly quiet street; the noise probably wouldn't bother most people, but I closed the bedroom windows and used a white noise machine to block it. The balcony on the courtyard side was a really lovely place to work in the afternoons, when it was in the shade. I didn't cook, as I was on my own, but I cook quite a bit when I'm at home and I found the kitchen to be very well equipped.

The location of the apartment is excellent for working or studying—outside the tourist-clogged center but with easy access to the whole city by tram. The neighborhood has some excellent pubs, cafes and restaurants, and more bakeries and bakery outlets than most Prague neighborhoods I've lived in (buying warm bread from Zrno Zrnko was a ritual for me). Vyšehrad, Folimanka and Havlíčkovy sady are all easily accessed by foot, and the Naplavka farmer's market is ten minutes away by tram.

Sousedský pivovar Bašta serves some of the best duck with some of the best beer in Prague; Cafe V zahradě is a lovely, relaxed place to work or pass time; Zlý Časy is a beer-lover's dream with delicious burgers (cash only, though), Zrno Zrnko sells warm bread baked onsite, Pekařství Pánev offers fresh-baked Ukrainian delicacies.

I love this little place. Zuzana's home is charming and well-equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, a very comfortable bed, and the place is so quiet at night that you can sleep peacefully. Overall, I was delighted with my stay and was provided with everything. Zuzana's was professional and nice!

Majiteľka Zuzka je príjemná a ústretová osoba, prispôsobila sa našim požiadavkám. Byt krásny, udržiavaný, moderný.
Výborná lokalita, blízko na vlak aj trolejbusy, takže sme mohli podnikať výlety do ktorejkoľvek časti Prahy a okolia. Nebol problém prestúpiť na iný spoj, intervaly sú krátke.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It's very week equipped with every thing we needed. It's situated in good area with all shops and close to the historical city with tram.

Tak “milá” paní.
Aby jsme to tedy uvedli na pravou míru. Já sama jsem vás informovala o tom, že na ovladač od televize mi kápl odlakovač a udělal se tam takový malý flíček, který neměl vubec žádný vliv na funkčnost. A nabídla jsem vám, že vám jako kompenzaci zašlu 1000kc což je dle mého velmi slušné. Ale na to jste mi ten den ani neodpověděla a poslední dva dny, mě tu otravujete tím, že si vymýšlíte údajné poškození, jako ku příkladu to, že jsem do koupelny přilepila malinký věšáček na ručník, protože v celé koupelně si není kam pověsit ručník a nemluvě o tom, že v koupelně není žádné odvětrávání(žádná vzduchotechnika) a někdo by mohl podotknout, že by se ručník dal pověsit na dveře, ale řešení jednoho přilepovacího nerezového věšáčku, který je přilepen pouze oboustrannou lepicí páskou, mi přišlo elegantnější než znehodnotit dveře. A vy po mě chcete náhradu za to, ze jsem za své prostředky koupila vešáček. A před předáváním byl byt uklizen tak, ze jsem po sobě vyprala i ložní prádlo a vy sama jste říkala, při předávání, ze nebylo nutné to až do této míry uklízet že by jste si to bývala uklidila i sama. A včera mi píšete po dvou dnech, ze bych vám měla uhradit ještě nadstandardní úklid? A znehodnocení stolu to už snad nemyslíte vážně? 1) tento flek, tam už byl když jsme se nastěhovali, jen byl přikrytý mističkou ve které bylo podpuri. Nakonec po mě chcete částku 2000kc kterou jste si tak nějak vykalkulovala, zřejmě od oka. Jedna věc je soudnost a skutečnost, ze se samozřejmě může něco pokazit a v takovém případě je na místě přiměřená náhrada škody, ale ne, že mi tu budete účtovat náklady spojené s běžnou amortizací která vzniká, když používáte být k účelům krátkodobých pronájmů to se na mě nezlobte. Nedá se podnikat bez nákladů.

Za mě to nebyla úplně nejšťastnější lokalita, co se týče restaurací, tak jediné co tam je Kebab. Ale zase oceňuji ze nedaleko je Tesco.

Naprosto skvělý byt s domácí atmosférou. Nic v bytě nechybělo, vybavení super, lokalita super, a je tam příjemný klid. Komunikace s majitelkou na jedničku, vše proběhlo v pořádku.

Moc příjemné paní ubytovatelky :-) Hezký byt, plně vybavený včetně kávovaru a základních potravin, nescházelo nám nic. Zatím nejlepší byt, kde jsme bydleli.

Great apartment with everything that you need and more. Very comfy. Location is nice, 25-30 min to the City center. Zuzana (landlord) is a wery welcoming person. Me and my wife had zero issues. Fully recommend!

I recommend the place 100%, as it was very clean, comfortable and fully furnished in a modern style. The apartment building is on a quite street close to city center. Also, Zuzana was a great landlord, acted very nice and responded promptly. I definitely had a good time staying there.
