Julian is an excellent host - kind, helpful and friendly. All procedures, troubleshooting and communication were excellent.

The area is really strategic, as already mentioned by other guests.

The house is very nice, I think more comfortable for one person rather than two. I pointed out to Julian he should consider buying a proper wardrobe and that the bedroom could be better set up but that is my personal opinion; my partner and I (and our cat) felt at home and were very satisfied.

Flatio itself...well, I'll never use it again. The service rate is just too high for the service. The app is unuseful, it's been very difficult to receive a prompt reply from customer service and it's just working in few cities, offering overpriced solution most of the times.

Julian is prone to fast replies and very helpful in all of those.
The apartment is very well located in front of Bertramka Tram stop, you can go downtown quickly in 15 - 20 minutes.
It is a very comfortable and clean apartment, the kitchen is impressive, the only complaint I would have is the lack of a microwave, but you can solve that using the oven.
I would return and stay again in the same place, really recommend it.

Vecindario
The neighborhood has a constant movement of trams, cars, and ambulances, but the acoustic isolation of the apartment is sound, so you wouldn't be disturbed by noises (at least I wasn't and I'm a light sleeper). The cemetery in the front of the apartment provides a nice landscape when you wake up, principally if it is snowing.
Besides that it is a very residential neighborhood, you have 2 shops in the same quarter, in which you can buy some groceries, but if you need something more you can take the tram to Anděl (one-stop) and there is a Tesco there in the mall.

Lugares cercanos recomendados
Smíchovská krčma is a nice restaurant, very local and they serve good traditional Czech food. Rock bar gorila is also nice for eating and enjoying rock music (if that's your thing).

The flat is modern, clean, in good condition and everything works as described. We loved the equipped studio kitchen, the view out of the window, and the large bed. The landlord is super helpful and always responsive. Basically, it's the best Landlord you can imagine. We very much enjoyed our stay for three months.

The apartment is very clean and bright. I really enjoyed my stay at Alžbětas place! She was very helpful and responsive. The flat looks better in reality than in the photos. Apartment is really spacious, there is a place for wardrobe and desk. Bed is really big and convenient. The location is also awesome -Tesco and Lidl in close proximity. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. Would love to come back in the future :) Highly recommended!
