Great communication with the owner - Natálie is very kind, helpful, and responds quickly to messages. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, within close distance to shops and the main train station.

It's an ok place, you get what you pay for. The tesco downstairs is convenient and it's in a fairly central location close to tram stops if you don't need the metro. Property manager is nice and responsive although some stuff in the apartment was broken (shower holder, bathroom fan, crack on the wall).

Ubytovani bylo na dobrem miste, kousek od tramvaje do uplneho centra. Vyzdvihla bych hlavne pani majitelku, s kterou byla super komunikace a celkove vse probihalo hladce. Vse probehlo bez problemu a i kdyz si kolega jeden vecer omylem zabouchl klice, pani majitelka byla velmi napomocna a na vsem jsme se rozumne domluvili.

Nice flat, no problems. Quiet and warm during the winter. Plenty of storage space. Was easy to pick up keys on arrival, and I was provided a second set of keys as well, which was nice. The only thing I missed was the lack of an oven. But everything worked fine. Had all the necessary things for cooking. The freezer was frozen over when I first arrived, so I had to thaw that out.
Would stay there again, very convenient spot.

Thanks for the stay! Location is great and communication with the owner had no issues. Great place for a short stay if you're not into cooking. The 2 problems were a lack of comfy chair (sofa isn't great, so I took chair from FB market) and weak light which made it difficult to read at night.

One tram stop away from train station, so it's perfectly connected. Great pubs and food, very safe and cozy. Cute little market near TV tower

Apartment is located in the middle of the town. There are groceries nearby, which is very comfortable. There is everything necessary for living in the apartment. Flat is warm and comfy. Natalie is caring and responsible landlord.

The flat is perfect as described, It was very clean and equipped with everything I needed for my 20 nights stayed. It was near to city center by tram about 15 minutes Also, you have to walk about 6 min to tram station. Natalie was very accommodating in everything I asked. I hope I can get to stay in Natalie's flat next time.

The flat is perfect for a short term stay in Prague. Natalie was very accomodating in everything I asked. The flat was very clean and equiped with everything I needed for my 1 month stay. I hope i get to stay in Natalie's flat again.

Vecindario
Zizkov is a great area with shops and coffee places and things to do. Transportation is exellent with many trams passing through Viktoria Zizkov or Lipanska tram stops. In a 5-10 minute walk you can find pubs and restaurants and many other activities.

Byt je moc pěkný, také klidný plus v dobré lokalitě. Natálie byla velmi ochotná a pokud byly nějaké dotazy, vždy rychle odpovídala. Skvělá komunikace. Velmi doporučuji.

Sousedství je skvělé, kousek od centra a poklidné. V dostupnosti vše potřebné, dokonce i skvělé kavárny. Hromadná doprava velmi blízko i od hlavního nádraží. V bytě jsem se cítila velmi bezpečně i díky skvělému zajištění objektu.

Zajisté nedaleké parky - Vítkov i Riegrovy sady. Také návštěvu Žižkovské věži či bruslení na místním umělém kluzišti před věží.
