Great location, the tram being next to apartment was useful and never disturbed in noise.

Greatly equipped especially in kitchen. There is good amount of room.

The appartment is very comfortable, with everything you need. The appartment is quiet close to the center, especially with the tram stop in front of the building.
The only downside is the price, being a bit expensive.

It's a very calm neighborhood, well linked to the rest of the city thanks to public transport. I haven't seen or heard of any trouble in the six months I spent over there.

For the grosseries, there is an Albert supermarket 5 minutes away from the appartment that is very good.

I spent 3 months in the flat. The flat is as it appears in the photos, equipped with everything. Quiet condominium, tram stop right below. 10-15 minutes walk to central station and the centre.
Owner very helpful.

Not great, not terrible. Byt je celkem fajn, jen by ho to chtělo trochu lépe vybavit, zejména lepší matraci, z té po pár nocích už bolí záda a to nejsem nikterak náročný.

Cosy and conveniently located flat with everything we needed, Michal was helpful and made our stay very easy and comfortable.

Very close to the centre of Brno, 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tram. About 10 minutes walk to Lidl and Albert supermarkets, with potraviny, bakery and a nice pub (Hostinec u Tesaře) right outside.
