The apartment was great, a lot of space, nice people and location. It would have been nicer to have more kitchen items (there were no baking pans, spatulas for cooking on the stove, only one knife, etc).

The apartment is perfectly situated, a very short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of central Ericeira. On the first floor, it has two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, a bathroom, additional separate toilet, kitchen, and its own utility with washing machine and clothes drying area. The cleaner comes once per week to change bedding and towels. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying in the apartment, it had everything I needed while staying for 5 weeks in the town. Only negatives were that the WiFi was down on a few days; and communication from the host was slow, taking days to respond on a number of occasions. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

The neighbourhood seems to be a mix of locals and tourists. There’s no allocated parking for the apartment, but I was always able to find parking within a 2 minute walk, and always felt that my car was safe.
People in the area seemed friendly.

Loved staying at this home. Perfect location, comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Everything was such a close walk from the home. Would love to stay again in the future!

This place is very nice and well maintained. Most of all , I would say this place is functional and outfitted for an easy stay in the heart of Ericeira for easy walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Most of all I really appreciated the property manager Susana and her staff for working to be accommodating to our concerns.

Worth studying in google maps because the streets are beautiful small and various so easy to get turned around .

If you have a car its worth driving 15 min. to check out Mafra restaurants and cultural placed there as well. Beware of tourist trap type restaurants in Ericeira that are not traditional Portuguese food.

Casa das Aguarelas é uma referência na Ericeira. Está muito bem localizada. Fomos muito bem acolhidos pelo staff. Susana, Sofia e Gi foram extremamente solícitas e competentes. Contamos também com a gentileza do Proprietario, Dr. Engenheiro. Destaque para o conforto e limpezaza da cama e travesseiros. O apartamento está muito bem localizado no centro da Ericeira com todos os serviços muito próximos sem a necessidade da uso de automóvel. Recomendamos fortemente. Flávio e Mariangela

Fantastic apartment in the very center but rather quiet street! Susana that is managing the appartment is super helpful and nice!!! Very happy that we found this place and had it as our home for almost a year

Great flat: two balconies, a lot of space, nice view, close to the beach, good internet connection and speed. I guess, it has everything you need. Very friendly hosts.

Suzanne is a kind and helpful person. Responded to my requests, I am very grateful to her. The apartment is nice, has everything you need, the only thing that smelled of mold, but this, as I understand it, is a common problem in Portugal.
