Absolutely adore my stay here. The location is wonderful and very safe for young women! The place is beautiful with all amenities you could possibly need, super cosy in the winter months. Andrea is fantastic and always available to help out.

We loved our stay at Andrea’s flat! It’s a very cute and cozy spot. My partner and I stayed there for two weeks working remotely and exploring Prague. Everything you need to work from home + cook in the kitchen as well! Lots of shops, workout spots, and restaurants / cafes nearby as well. And right next to a tram stop for easy access to getting around prague!

Karlín feels very local! It’s a mix of old and new buildings - lots of businesses and office buildings nearby. There’s a really pretty river to walk along a trail nearby as well - lots of active runners and people. It felt extremely safe as well!

I stayed in Andrea's place for almost 10 months while doing my master's in Prague and it was great. The apartment is beautiful, full of light, and very well cared for with her personal taste. The location is very convenient, with public transport super close, safe to return late at night on my own, and with a wide variety of stores and supermarkets around to choose from. The neighborhood is vibrant and safe, and is ideal for a walk by the river or to Karlinske namesti where there is a beautiful park and a church. In addition, Andrea was very helpful and collaborative whenever I needed her. I am grateful and I would choose it again!

Comfortable, well-kept, well-equipped apartment, fantastically located. On the one hand, beautiful, renovated Karlin full of restaurants and bars, and on the other hand, it is not too loud and close to green areas. Excellently connected both to the old town and the rest of the city. An ideal place to visit Prague.

Everything is as described. Two things worth mentioning - there are no insect nets on the windows, only one badly attached- holes, not tight. And its hot there during summer, windows must be open. And the flat is on 3rd floor with no elevator, so smokers - be aware. Besides that all good.

Our stay at Andrea's place in Prague was excellent. The location is perfect, with all necessary services nearby, including highly-rated cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, as well as metro and tram stops. The apartment and the overall experience was definitely worth what I have expected from it. The owner is very nice and kind and any kind of agreement from both sides was not a problem. The noise from outside (trams) was not disturbing, the shared entrance to the apartment with the second part of the flat was okay. The location of the apartment is amazing, metro station Křižíkova is like 3minute walk, so public transport is easily accessible and there are many shops and everything one might need while living in Karlín. The apartment is well equipped wuth everything a tennant might need, really just bringing a toothbrush and clothes is sufficient at first. Cleaning products, basic stuff like spices and tea was provided along with bedding, towels and plenty of kitchen equippment. The only downside I would point out is really old and small fridge. Because of limited space to place pots, pans and washed dishes on, as a person who cooks majority of their meals, I had big troubles fitting 3 days worth of mealprep in the fridge. Also the freezer didn't work well and even despite having just icecream there, it melted completely. The fridge is also very noisy, definitely worse then the outside cars and trams. If someone doesnt cook a lot, this shouldn't be a problem. Overall I definitely recommend the accomodation and for sure have no negative comments towards Andrea, I'm glad I picked up this place and i enjoyed the 2 months here. Thank you :)

The location is really good, everything is near. the hood is really cute and close to a city center. metro and tram station are in front of the building. you have supermarkets in front of the building (Alber, Billa, Lidl), there are cute coffe shops (KAAVA, LOFT) and u have Starbucks. the apartament is really cute and it is even better then in photos, it has great vibe. and Andrea was really nice and helpful. would recommend this place 10/10

I stayed in this flat for around 2 months and was very happy that I decided to choose this one for my stay. Everything was good, apartment is very well equipped and clean and has everything you would need for your stay. Location of the building is perfect, there are two tram stops very close and also there is yellow line metro stop just 3 minutes away. You can find so many grocery stores, cafés, restaurants around. If you like to go on the walks there are so many parks around or you can take very nice walk by the Vltava river which is super close. There is always something happening in the area but overall it is quiet. Also Andrea was always very nice and helpful with everything. I would recommend this flat to everyone who is planning to visit Prague and if I had an opportunity to visit again for longer I would definitely book this one again.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable for a longer stay. We enjoyed it really much. It is located in a nice neighbourhood with alot of nice cafes, bars and restaurants. Andrea is a joy to communicate with and is easy to reach and always avaliable to help. Would recommend.

I spent almost 2 months in the apartment and I can say that the apartment is well equipped with all the necessary tools and furniture for medium- and long-term living. Perhaps the only thing that was missing was a coffee maker and an AC, but both are quite specific and absolutely do not spoil the impression. I really like how the building with the apartment is located - not far from the city center (only about 25 minutes on foot to the Charles Bridge), but in a relatively quiet area. Public transport in this area should also be good, but I didn't use it because I prefer to walk, however, the tram stop and metro are only 2-3 minutes away. The entrance door to the apartment is located in the common hall with the neighboring apartment. All the noises from the corridor are very clearly audible in the flat. But that's not a problem - I think it depends on the personality of the neighboring tenant, it was pretty quiet during my stay here. Since the building is located next to the street where the tram runs, this can be a problem for those who are not used to such noise. I am used to it, so the noise even put me to sleep. During my stay, I didn't have any problems with hot water in the shower, so there's no problem with that either.
Andrea is a very responsive person and quickly answers any questions. In addition, she was very helpful and it was very easy to arrange check-in and check-out times with her.
In general, I really like this apartment and the area, and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to spend their time in Prague in a comfortable apartment not right in the city center, but very close to it. If there is an opportunity, I will use it during my next visits to Prague.

The area is well located and well connected to the center. Here you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The most important thing is that this is not the most popular area among tourists and you can always find free tables. The prices there are also quite reasonable and rather not tourists-oriented. In addition, there are several grocery stores near the apartment. The Lidl is literally situated in the next building.

During my stay, I tried to visit all the places in the area and near my usual route to the center. It was pretty nice everywhere, and these places were worth a visit. However, I can mention three of my favorite places: very close to the apartment there is a brewery Dva Kohouti and a wine restaurant Vinoteka spravna adresa. Both places are good. A little further there is a third place that is definitely worth a visit - the Benedict brewery with good cuisine and beer.

We had a really good experience at Andrea's flat. We spent three months working from home. The flat is really nice, just like on the pictures. The apartment is exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed for a month-long stay in February. There is plenty of hot water for a 30-minute shower, despite the size of the hot water heater. The only downside of this apartment is that it can get a bit humid after you've showered and done laundry, so it may be necessary to open the windows to let the apartment air out. Other than that, it's a very comfortable apartment, and it was very clean when I arrived. The landlord is kind and helpful, as is her friend that helps her with the apartment. They both answer questions fairly quickly via text. I do recommend this landlord and this apartment. I would stay here again.

This apartment is directly between 2 tram stops and a short distance from a Metro stop. The tram stops are both within a 3 to 4-minute slow walking distance. There are two grocery stores within a 3 to 5-minute walk away (Lidl and Billa). There are many restaurants in the area as well as a bakery and a butcher. This is a safe neighborhood, and it is safe for a woman to walk around alone at night (though I was never out past midnight). There were always other people around, but it was never crowded.

Proti Proudu serves excellent food for lunch, though keep in mind that they don't serve any food or drinks for a 30-minute period in the afternoon (either around 13:30 or 15:30, I can't remember which) to give their staff the opportunity to eat lunch. Fuku Wok and Sushi is another great restaurant. They have a wide variety of Asian dishes, mostly Japanese, a blend of Japanese and Chinese, and I think a small number of Korean dishes. Their portions are pretty large for Europe. I have a lot of food allergies and intolerances, so I did not go out to eat very often. There are a ton of highly-rated restaurants in the area, I just couldn't find anything on their menus that I could eat (there are about 11 common food ingredients that will make me very ill, including dairy and beef). In the Czech Republic, they have a standardized numbered list of common allergens, and most, if not all, restaurants list the number associated with each allergen on their menus after the description of each dish. Just Google "Standardized Allergy Charts in Czech Restaurants." The page that should come up is done by "Foreigners Services."

Andrea's flat is absolutely gorgeous! It's roomy, very well-equipped and with a lot of storage space. The kitchen has everything you might need and the bed is very comfortable. We were afraid that the bathroom might be too small, but it's absolutely ok. The projector and the record player were well-appreciated icings on the cake. Also, the building is in the best neighborhood of Prague – Karlín, with oh-so-many amazing restaurants with a great selection for vegetarians, cafés, bakeries, pubs, etc. Thank you, Andrea, we would definitely come back!

The owner did a great job, considering the limited space. Even though it's a small subdivision of an apartment, it does feel quite independent and has everything, from a full kitchen to a washing machine, and plenty of storage space. It is also very well furnished and decorated, a level of good taste that is uncommon. On the downside, I would say that you will hear the opposite neighbors often, as their bathroom is on the shared hallway (not a big deal, though, and you don't hear them at home). Also, the window opens into a busy intersection. It didn't bother me in winter, but in the hotter months it might be something to consider. The fridge was also rather loud and the freezer section didn't do much. But, overall, it's a cozy, very pretty, compact apartment in an excellent neighborhood.

Andrea is a wonderful landlord with a beautiful apartment. She helped us where ever she could and communicating was super easy. The apartment is located really close to the water, some nice parks and lovely cafes. Access to public transport is very good as well. Andrea apartment is super comfortable with lovely details and furniture. It is very sunny and has a good view out of the window. The kitchen is very good equiped and cooking was nice :) We would always come back.
