Mon séjour était en décembre donc il y avait très peu de voisins mais l'immeuble est bien calme en dehors de la rue côté chambre qui est très passante

After half a year of living here, I must say that I was extremely satisfied. If I didn't have a job in the Czech Republic, I would have loved to stay here, because I like the Azores and the life here suits me very much. After half a year of living here, I can say that the apartment is extremely practical for living, it is spacious, well-ventilated, with windows and air conditioning on the sides, and in cold weather you can reliably heat with air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with premium BOSCH appliances. The landlord offers a change of linen and towels. The location of the apartment is strategic, about 150m on each side there is a city bus stop and a short distance on the waterfront is the main stop for intercity lines. There are many shops all around, especially groceries. Finally, it is my honor and pleasure to thank Mr. Paulo Silveira for his great advice and impeccable support during my six-month stay.
After six months of living here, I absolutely recommend this exceptional accommodation.

The apartment looks much better than in the photos, bigger and completely renovated
It is located in the downtown and from there it is close to everything, but it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment has greatly exceeded my expectations and I will stay here for up to 6 months. The landlord is very nice, cooperative and helpful. He provides washing of bed linen and towels. After moving in, I received a lot of local products from him. I can highly recommend the apartment

It was a pleasure. Host was very friendly and supportive. He reached out and initiated a contact. We even got lovely welcome pack of Azores specialties - it was very kind and made good first impression. Flat was perfect for our monthly stay. Equipped nicely, AC worked , safe area and in the right city center - you go everywhere by foot. Totally recommended

Amazing host! Thank you for once again providing a living space for my wedding in Ponta Delgada. It was a nice spot close by to a lot of popular areas. Everywhere I needed to go was nearby and I had no issue getting around by walking. I enjoyed the island and I can't wait to visit again.

We recently stayed in this apartment and was thoroughly impressed. Located on the first floor with elevator access, it provided the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher. All the necessary kitchen utensils are available, and the knives are sharp—a rare find in rental apartments.

The bathroom is equally well-equipped, even providing beach towels. The apartment allows for cross-ventilation, which was a nice touch. There is a washing machine in a storage room. Multiple built-in wardrobes provided ample storage space.

We rented the apartment for several weeks, and the landlord kindly offered to change the bed linens and towels as part of the service. The location is quite convenient, close to central streets, and there are nearby car and bike rental services.

Overall, a fantastic stay in a well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped apartment. Highly recommended!

It was our second time on the island and our 3rd accommodation: best internet connection (no interruptions), best views (3 balconies). The kitchen was fully equipped (actually pleasantly surprised it also included a dishwasher).
Glad we had available the electric heaters (as some days got colder in March).
Good communication with the host (fast replies).
Furnas is a charming little town. I totally recommend this accommodation/host if you're around.
I highly appreciated the attention to details / the little things like a small grocery bag, an umbrella, nice paintings to stare at in the morning.

This was, hands down, one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. Not only is it modern, clean, and functional - but the owners also left a homely, personal touch in the details: from the small selection of local food, to the beach towels provided, and even a small rose made of cotton pads in the bathroom.

The apartment looks bigger and brighter in person than in the photos. We felt like there was plenty of space for us to live and work for a month, and it never felt too tight. What is also not shown: plenty of storage space, and a laundry room where one can store their suitcase.

The location was also great, and while there was no free parking in the apartment, there are free parking spaces only a short walk away. A small supermarket is nearby, and so is the farmers market for fresh fruit and veggies.

Paulo (José) was friendly and very polite, and very forthcoming with suggestions for our stay here.

Couldn’t ask for a better stay. I really appreciate the hospitality for my time in Ponta Delgada. The studio apartment was beautiful and everything we needed was close by. It was a very quiet area too, so sleeping was no issue. I would definitely stay at his locations again, if given the chance.

I had the opportunity to live in this apartment for one month. I want to tell you that it was an incredible vacation where I could relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, complete all the pending tasks, and plan for the next year.

The apartment is located in a beautiful place. The ocean is right in front of your window and is accessible 24/7. It is well equipped with all the necessary utensils to easily prepare any food.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Ponta. José is an amazing landlord who really took great care of us.
The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need and is very spacious. It is located by the ocean with great access to the city centre (20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus). The bus stop is right across the street.
My favorite part of our stay was relaxing in the comfortable chairs on the balcony and listening to the sound of the ocean.
I would definitely recommend visiting São Miguel and staying at José’s apartment. If I go to Ponta Delgada again, I will gladly stay at José's apartment again.

I highly recommend Paulo and his apartment. I travel quite a lot. But, in my opinion, it was the best stay I've ever had!

The apartment was clean and cozy with an amazing view of the ocean. Paulo is just a great person and made our stay unforgettable. He was open to supporting us with all our questions, suggested local restaurants, and tourist routes.

Incredible 1 month stay in Ponta Delgada. The apartment is totally new and really well equipped with all basic needs for living and some more. Really nice terrace. 15 mins walk from the city and also the beaches in Sao Roque, but only 5 mins from a swimming area (Cais). Lot of parking spots in the surroundings.
The owner, Jose, helped us a lot in all he could and had some nice details that made our time there really comfortable.
100% recommended
