We had a wonderful stay at Annamaria’s beautiful flat in Budapest. The apartment itself is spacious, stylishly decorated in a Mid-Century Modern design, and feels both elegant and very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel at home right away.

The location couldn’t be better — Gutenberg tér is such a charming square, quiet yet close to the heart of the city, with great cafes, restaurants, and transport just steps away. It was the perfect base for exploring Budapest.

Annamaria was an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. She made everything easy and enjoyable from check-in to departure.

We truly loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Good located apartment in centrum of Budapest. Not too noisy except for the glass container in the backyard larming every morning at 5am.

Perfect conditions in the city center. clean, nice and has everything you need, except free parking. The owner AnnaMaria is always helpful, polite and sincere. Also you don’t need to wait too long for the answers from her. She will manage everything!

The apartment is very cold and dark,it cannot be heated,hot water is only enough for a shower one person,you have to separately pay for heating and electrycity,it is not included in the price,do not rent on Flatio,the whole thing is a scam

As a host of 20 years and a superhost for more than a decade, I take any concern of my guests very seriously. This has been reflected in 80 FIVE STAR reviews for this apartment that Mr. Fodor calls ‘scam’. I was very clear from the beginning that energy usage is capped and above a certain amount there is a charge set by the government. Mr. Fodor signed the agreement and had the opportunity to change his mind before arrival. I gave Mr. Fodor a discount on the advertised rent to help with any potential overage in energy consumption. In addition I also gave him two free energy days. I am sorry that this wasn’t enough. For the record, when the apartment was handed back, the indoor temperature was 20.6 degrees.
