We stayed for 2 weeks in August. Huge advantage that house is located under trees and fully shadow covered. Due to this, average temperature is lower and feels much more comfortable that in other places.

The house seems a new, but have a lot of old furniture and not comfortable kitchen. Also it`s very small and rooms are very small. So for 2 weeks it`s okay, but not more.

The place around is beautiful! The ocean is warmer than is Sesimbra, and the lake Albufeira is totally warm.

It`s calm village, seems like without public transport. We didn`t try to use it, because use our car.

The lagoon is short walk away. You can take a car to the town and get some good sushi. You can also order some nice pizza from the place listed on the fridge.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment, nestled on a quiet street. It was the perfect place to stay, providing the comforts of home – a cozy bedroom, an inviting living area with a balcony, and a well-stocked kitchen. I also appreciated that the second bedroom had a desk since I work remotely. It’s conveniently located near the metro, shops, and major tourist areas, but far enough to make me feel like a local.

Inês is an outstanding host. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, like I was connecting with an old friend. Her hospitality and warmth made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this apartment :)

Absolutely wonderful in every way! The house is cute, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful front garden. Pots, pans, plates, and other cooking necessities were provided. Ines was a lovely host, happy to help with any house-related issues, and gave excellent recomendations for where to find food and entertainment in Lagoa.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The beaches and bars within 15min walk of the house were wonderful. Groceries are hard to get by walking (45min), but much easier on a bike or by car. Buses to Sesimbra are available, but don't come very often.

Tip top! Great stay with Inês and her intelligent doggo Myla!. Pristine location, flat & amenities are as shown, ample of restaurant and Café near by. Neighbourhoods are quiet and ample of nature and soothing waves - a must for kite & wind surfing lover. Inês is a joy to communicate with - helpful & understanding. Car is a must unless you plan to stay within Sesimbra area only. Overall a beautiful time well spent - thank you Inês for creating this home away from home!

I had a great time in Inês' lovely apartment and felt at home there. The village and its surroundings are wonderful, the apartment is tasteful and well equipped and the perfect spot to spend quiet days right next to the beautiful lagoon and in walking distance to the ocean. I used it for tourism as well as for remote work and it was the right place for both uses. Inês, the landlord, lives next door which comes in handy because she is very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. She was always there to answer my questions or to help me out.

It's a quiet neighborhood with holiday and residential buildings. It's beauty lies in the surrounding nature, especially the lagoon and the ocean. There is no village center, so the services, especially in winter, are a little limited. Still you can find nice bars and restaurants in walking distance and the neighboring villages have all the services you might need. Lisbon can be reached by a 45 minutes car ride or by combining car and train/ferry.

Lagoa's market is lovely and you can do your grocery shopping there. Also, Lago has some nice bars/restaurants. Segredos do Terra in neighboring Alfarím and Aloha Bar in Aleida do Meco are definitely worth a visit.
