I like Flatio, as it's an easy to use and very convenient platform for renting mid-term and long-term rentals. All you need to do is set your filters, find a place and submit your proposal. Flatio does everything else for you.

A Flatio funciona muito bem, mas penso que poderia melhorar a sua politica de descontos nas comissões em estadias mas longa e também melhorar a questão dos hospedes alterarem o período da estadia no véspera da chegada sem qualquer responsabilização.
