Apartment was in a perfect location with all the facilities available! Would recommend to anyone

Great communication and good experience

It was a really great experience. The flat is really well situated, 2 min away from the city center and all the redtaurant and shops. It is 5 min away at foot from the nearest mall and the neighbourhood have good bars around but without being noisy. There were all the furniture we needed, and the appartment can receive a lot of people. Jan and Nikol was really great landlord, there were always there to help us when we needed them and always made sure that we were good. Me and my roomate really appreciated the experience and recommend at 100% to rent this flat.

Jana is a great host. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, which is very cosy, sparking clean and perfectly located. Definitely recommend, it's a lovely place to stay

The flat was as expected. We love stay 9 month here and we thanks Martina for all, she answear at every questions we have. The situation of the flat is perfect and very practice to go to the center by 5-10min in bus.

Hana is a very pleasant person. She was able to host us on short notice and made sure we have everything for our comfortable staying.
The apartment is located in the city center, within walking distance from almost all one might want to see in Bratislava. But still, not on a busy road with parties which allowed us to relax in quiet.
The apartment has everything you might need for a long stay. We really felt like we were at home (not in a hotel or a rental property).

Overall, nice apartment with an excellent location and with everything you will need, just need to be taken care of regarding it's painting and cleaning.
The landlord is very comprehensive and friendly.

The landlord, as well as his father (a tenant in the building) were very gracious and cooperative with ensuring my security and assisting with my departure.

Landlord:
Norbert has been a the best landlord. He has managed everything for the smooth handover of the flat at a comfortable time for us. Also, we got everything that we need in the flat, and Norbert from time to time checks over the phone if everything is okay. Once we got one small issue when we have to access the electricity service room and Norbert reach out late at night to help us.

Flat:
The flat is super cozy. One has everything that is needed for standard operations, (dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fully equipped kitchen). There is a great small terrace with sitting with real grass so except winter great for morning coffee :)
The Internet also has been stable, and the telly is good as well (it has google tv).
A great benefit is the blackout jalousie/shields which make very comfortable nights and mornings.

Neighborhood:

Perfect neighborhood for the children as there is plenty of playgrounds, bigger grocery stores, and a place to have some lunch and coffee within walking distance. If you want to explore Bratislava downtown you can take a direct bus to the city center (12 minutes).
The neighborhood is very calm and you feel however there are lots of flats the people in here are settled as a community

The studio is located in a very strategic place, very close to the city centre and to the bus stop ( it takes nothing to reach the airport from here).
The interior is divided in 3 rooms: A small bathroom, an equipped kitchen and the main room with a large bed, a tv and an amazing bathtub. There's only one window in the whole apartment but this is not big deal, at least for those with a minimum of adaptability. The heating system works great, I never felt cold here and this is even more remarkable considering that I've spent here those that happen to be the coldest months of the year!
Plus, communication with the owner (Dominika) was perfect, and Dominika herself proved to be an amazing landlord, always ready to help me with everything that could have gone wrong.
In general, I would highly recommend your stay in this studio...I think I'd come here again and I hope to do so since I'd like to come back to Bratislava in the near future!

Apartment was excellent, fully furnished and absolutely lovely. Had everything you needed. The host was very helpful and friendly. He was on hand and replied to any message very quickly. I will definitely stay there again. Excellent.

The landlord is punctual and easy to cooperate with. The apartment is in a very quiet area, well furnished and is excellent in every regard except for the shower, in which you have to be very careful not to flood the bathroom.

The location was excellent in the old town in the city centre. Everything you need is close by from shops, bar, restaurants and public transport. The Apartment was very nice and clean. It was spacious and well equipped. You had everything you needed. Is probably the best location in the city. The hosts are very helpful and Accommodating to any needs. I spoke with Rudolf and his daughter Zuzana. They are both lovely people and me feel very welcome. Zuzana was very friendly and polite. She’s a absolutely fantastic host and a lovely person. I Would definitely recommend to book this place.
