That was really good experince for me. I lived in that home without any problem. The locaion of house is perfect and perfect neighbourhood. Michal always helped me in every topic. You can walk everywhere from home. There is everything you need at home. I strongly recommend everyone. Thank you :)

Bydlení mohu jen doporučit! A to z důvodů klidné lokality s přírodou, příjemných sousedů, ale především z bytu samotného a chování jeho majitele. V bytě bylo vše potřebné od jídelního nádobí až po žehlící prkno. Majitel nám tam nechal k používání kávu, čaje, základní dochucovadla... Pan Dobeš s celou rodinou jsou velmi milí, vstřícní a ochotní. Pokud hledáte ubytování pro jednu až dvě osoby v klidné části města s docházkovou vzdáleností ke všemu potřebnému, doporučuji tento byt všema deseti! :)

Skvelý byt, priestranný a pohodlný. Najlepšia turistická lokalita aká môže byť. Je to blízko vsade, dobré spojenie elektrickou alebo autobusom, trolejbusom do všetkých častí. Ulica je rusná, pod bytom je kaviareň.

The apartment is amazing and fully equiped! Τhe neighborhood is quiet, safe and the appartment is very closed to the city center! Also Svetlana and Rayco are great and the helped me in anything I asked for!

Perfect location. Close to everything you might go. The apartment is equipped with all you need. The owner is very caring and kind. I would like to be back to this apartment for my next visit in Bratislava. Totally recommended.

I really enjoyed staying in this studio apartment. It has recently been renovated and has a nice vaulted ceiling, with windows looking out into a thriving garden. My stay was very comfortable and with all of the facilities/utilities that I could have needed. It is in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood and conveniently located. I highly recommend staying there.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this studio apartment. It is very central, so it was convenient for me to get to where I needed to be. It is quite minimalist, but it had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The building is secure and there is a very new elevator in it. There were a couple of minor issues, but Eduard was quick to respond and resolve them. I highly recommend this flat if you are looking to stay somewhere short-term in the heart of the city.

Najväčším plusom je jednoznačne umiestnenie neďaleko Prezidentského paláca. Budova je jedna z najkrajších v Bratislave, bohužiaľ tým, že je to v pivničnom priestore, je tam veľmi vlhko a nedá sa poriadne vyvetrať. Inak je byt veľmi pekne zariadený a je tam všetko, čo človek potrebuje- stačí sa nasťahovať. Komunikácia s Michalom bola bezchybná, pomohol rýchlo a v každej situácii. Ešte raz ďakujem 😊

Decent home, location was really nice, walking distance from all the important locations. The apartment had some flaws, it was very humid and the bed was a bit unstable. However, Michal did everything he could in order to help us, which was much appreciated and improved our experience of the stay. Overall it was a good accommodation, especially for short term. And we loved the Mickey Mouse toaster;)

Exkluzívna lokalita, ktorú v Bratislave len tak nenájdete, prijemne zariadený svetlý byt so všetkým, čo potrebujete a hlavne super komunikácia so Svetlanou a jej priateľom Raycom = odporúčam všetkými desiatimi! Veľká vďaka, bývalo sa mi výborne.
