Flatio offers you great deals with tenants and they keep a small amout of money that the tenants pay. Also, all the processes is what they are responsible for ,so as a landlord you are not anxious but otherwise happy for the deal.

The pricing structure needs to be improved: If I have an increased price in July and August, tenants booking 2 months from June 30 get the cheaper price for the whole stay, while tenants booking 2 months from August 31 get the higher price. That's ridiculous.

I'm looking for an apartment to stay in while I get settled in Brno. I currently live in China, and finding a place from abroad is challenging to say the least! Flatio's places, while perhaps more expensive than buying a flat sight unseen, means I can at least be confident about getting started in my new country without fear of losing thousands to a real estate scammer.

I was really happy that I accidentally found your platform for short-term rental because it was exactly what I needed. I appreciate the clear arrangement, all necessary information available, notifications, clarity, simplicity and nice graphics of the website... But most of all I appreciate fair prices (which are no longer possible through Booking or Airbnb).
