I love customer support (In my case Cristina Coves). You always feel supported. I would enhance the return process of the Security deposit. It would be easier for the tenant and landlord to give back the security deposit required through the same payment process the tenant performed. That would automate the process and avoid lasting the move-out with the tenant.

I went with Flatio because it was a lot cheaper than Airbnb (especially during the holidays). I appreciated that the Flatio support was quick to follow up with any of my questions before making a reservation, and that the terms and conditions were very explicit in protecting my reservation, in case anything was incorrect with the listing. (We had zero issues, but it was great to have this, since I have had issues with this with Airbnb before!)
