It is not that difficult to get help from the support team. It is important to have the possibility to speak with someone on the phone, and flatio offers this solution. Communication is not very clear sometimes. Flatio needs to equally protect hosts and guests interests. Hosts provide the resources that guests want or need at zero cost for flatio.

The synchronisation of Flatio and Bookingsync account has some problems due to check-in and check-out time. Another issue is, some amenities on Flatio do not sync with bookingsync. Apart from this I am very happy with Flatio platform and support.

Better educating the Landlords for longer stays versus short rentals. Flats are most of the time missing some really basic cooking utensils, or it is not clear how to change the bedsheets / proceed with the cleaning during our stay. We are not looking for basic furnished apartments as we are living for longer period and want to feel home during our stay. As well, internet is a must for us, so this should be included as a basic need like hot water or Heater and if not working should be fixed without discussion from Landlord.

It would be much better if you could add a flexible date (+ / - 7 days, for example) and not bind your search to a specific date. For example, if you put 15.01, then you will search only for this date, although there are actually more apartments available, but you can not see them, as it is available from, let's say, 10.01. This is very inconvenient.
