Lee todas las valoraciones de Flatio de inquilinos y propietarios o haz tu propia experiencia. Es seguro y fácil.

La verdad que la rapidez de gestión, y toda el servicio de flatio es muy ágil. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

For me it was good, contact with the landlord was great and I would not change much. Only the contract needed to be signed physically for requesting the address card. This is something that could be done better

Knowing all costs upfront is a big plus. It’s very helpful when the owner provides information about distances to particular areas such as grocery options, restaurants, airport and other.

Great

Flatio is an excellent platform for short- and mid-term rentals. It’s easy to use, secure, and makes managing reservations and communicating with tenants hassle-free. The agreements and guest review system provide peace of mind. If anything, support for handling guest disputes or property damage could be improved, but overall, Flatio is a fantastic choice for both hosts and tenants!

The communication with the host exceeded my expectations, and I really appreciated how easy and smooth the renting process was. It would be great if you could expand your property selection and consider sharing exclusive offers with subscribers (like me) a bit earlier, so I can plan my next visit through your platform! :)

It is easy and fast for student to get accommodations of their choice

I found quite competitive pricing for very very accommodations but still :) And I've used your platform last year and was happy with how everything went.
