your page doesn't work properly. actual availability of the flat doesn't match the searched availability. also link to the lease sample doesn't work. also - if i search for, let's say 5 days stay and i view some of the offered options, price for these 5 days is displayed as a price of monthly rent, which is completely confusing.

It was clear that owner and Flatio hadn’t worked out the contracting process smoothly. Despite several communications to Flatio, that wasn’t smoothed out (or apparently understood on Flatio’s end).

Due to new tax regulations in Poland, there should be an option of separating bills from rent fees. Other services for midtime renting have such a possibility. Therefore I would prefer to use them in the future.
