Like the fact that the rentals are long, but feel your support system is quite lousy. Also, money takes too much time to get to tenant’s account and your fee is quite high.

I like that Flatio provides the tenant with a lease. I was disappointed in the few number of pet-friendly places available. Flatio’s fee is very high, especially for long-term rentals.

Please respond to customer service requests and please take action against landlords who abuse tennants on their private phone numbers, after the rental contract has finished. It is extremely disturbing.

I have only just requested the booking, and it is not yet confirmed. So, it is too soon to tell you if I can recommend Flatio, or if am satisfied or not. That's why I answered in the middle, '5'. If you asked this later after the full experience, you would get a more accurate answer!

Which is good that they found the right flat for the right time for 2 months and for the right price for me. Which could be better is the payment possibilities, as Gopay did now worked well. Customer support gives just a generic answer to the problem. And hey guys!!! Double check-out date and time!!! It's not as usually applied for accommodation services!
