What I liked best was the atmosphere we had—something you don't often find elsewhere.

First time using this platform but found it reliable.

Easy to book a place and it seems very trustworthy

Very pleased

Despite service fees that can go a bit high depending on how long you stay, they provide a pleasant, reliable service with no hidden costs.

Thanks

The part with transfering costs of energies to the visitor feels bit weird and risky, but I guess there is not much you can do about it.

We really liked Flatio's service. As a guest, they way they approached the host and guest relationship provided me confidence in the transaction. Also, we were able to find more varied places to stay in Funchal versus other popular services.

Ta tudo perfeito local senhorio muito prestativo casa excelente

good

Great app thank you

It’s very easy and straightforward, highly recommend!

Flatio is a great platform and it is very easy to find a place to stay. The booking process, interface, and search features are excellent and userfriendly.

Flatio was the best. They stay right on top of everything. Not like AirBnB that doesn’t make it better or doesn’t even care if you’re having problems.

I recommend Flatio because it's a clear, simple website. It's hard to get lost on it.

Muy profesionales, rápidos y sobre todo mucha tranqiuilidad.

Good service, transparent agreement, clear rental rules.

Great, I’ve received everything I asked for – 10/10

Lower occupancy rate through Flatio than through my own promotion on expat forums. How active is Flatio's promotional activity? Otherwise the platform and interface are very good.

Great service, easy to mange the platform

Tivemos uma boa experiência, não tenho nada negativo a apontar.

Nepotěšilo zpoplatnění platby kartou

Provision is quite high but Flatio helped us a lot

great.
