Flatio’s services are professional, and arranging the stay was quite simple. We also appreciated the reminders and tips they sent us by email or SMS before the start and end of our stay.

One area for improvement would be ensuring clearer expectations and transparency from hosts in advance (for example, around things like property monitoring devices), so guests know exactly what to expect before arrival. Aside from that, the experience was smooth and I would recommend Flatio to others looking for short-term rentals.
