I liked that the prices were transparent from the beginning. Would like to see what year the photos were updated, a virtual tour or video of the apartment, or at least a floorplan. Language option and list of residents during the initial contract issuance would've been great to save time with later amendments. Information on the deposit return should also be included in the contract.

I'm not sure I will go with Flatio again. I didn't feel like I had the same experience as I would have had with AirBnB or VRBO, which is what I typically use. I decided to try Flatio because it was more local, but like I said, I didn't have access to things that were typically offered in home rentals I had previously went with (and were typically standard). The flat and location was lovely, but I just wasn't as comfortable with Flatio and not as impressed with the overall agreement/fees/lease process.
