The quick and transparent communication and fast reaction and fix of issues was something I really appreciate. I was also quite pleased by the weekly cleaning included in the rent. As far as room for improvement goes - I wish the kitchen had been equipped a little better. The oven was out of order the whole time we were there, so we couldn't use it and that was not ideal. Other kitchen equipment was sufficient for a week long stay (when you mostly eat out). However, if you're planning to stay for a few months, you are going to use the kitchen more. I was missing things like a potato peeler, spatula. Sure, I can easily buy those things (and I did) but if I'm renting such a place, I shouldn't have to.

Easy to use website and clear, reasonable cancellation policy. Having all contract information available also helpful. However, I had a problem with the website that I didn't have a month ago. What was available at any given property was not complete. Nothing would be marked/x'ed in bedrooms (bed, linens, etc.) or kitchens when photos showed items. That did not happen before. I looked for ways to be in contact with you folks for tech support, but could find nothing for tenants. That might be something helpful to add to your website. Even so, I sent a reservation request as it's a rental I looked at before. Thank you.
