I haven’t stayed there yet, but a friend in Vienna highly recommends it as a place to stay for a lengthier time period. Another friend living in Madeira says the location is good for being within easy walking distance of my needs - nearby hiking, walking to grocery store, restaurants, public transport.

When on my mobile iPhone, logging in into the service with my Google account does not work. Steps to reproduce: 1. open the login page for tenants in Safari on an iPhone 2. click log in with Google 3. (redirecting to Google page) - select your google account 4. the user is redirected back to the login page of Flatio and is not logged in.

Your prices are definitely better than Airbnb as is your customer service so I would be inclined to use you again and I have already referred someone. The most important thing is fast response when I reach out to customer service and knowing I can reach someone if something is not right with the accommodations

The UI is a bit off, for example I was very annoyed that I could not find the addresses for my reservations. Only under the contracts tab, which is not very intuitive.
