A nice studio that’s exactly as described by the landlord. Clean, cozy and 15 minutes from Braga’s center. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and if you are there over a holiday, you’re likely to see a tremendous fireworks display looking towards the city.

Pedro is a fantastic landlord - thoughtful, quick to respond, and so kind. We had such a wonderful stay in Vila do Conde and felt so lucky to be able to call his apartment "home" for nearly a year. The studio was everything I needed and located in a very nice part of Porto. It's located right on the park, Jardim Marques de Oliveira, and is surrounded by bars and restaurants with easy access to grocery stores as well. Despite being close to bars and restaurants, the apartment is quiet without much noise. Marcelo was a great communicator and provided detailed instructions to make the check-in process easy along with tips on how to use the kitchen appliances etc.
