Love this platform, love having a legit lease. Anytime I needed something regarding my lease or questions about my rental. The hosts or flatio associates always were there to assist me. I wish I would have found this platform a long time ago. It's my favorite for finding long term rentals.

I have rented on Flatio multiple times, and the process has been smooth; I have not had to reach out to Flatio for any concerns. I find that service fees can be quite high when renting for more than 1-2 months. Some sort of a cap may make sense for extended rentals.

We are new to Flatio and this was our first stay. We booked about 8 months prior to our stay. Enjoyed the newsletters giving tips on both Portugal and Spain. They kept in touch with e-mails on what to expect both with check in and check out outling our responsibilities as well as the landlords. We are in transit to our second month long stay through Flatio and hope it works out as well as this one.
