That I can cancel, that Flatio views the apartments, not having to pay a big fee up front and being able to have an online agreement. I've researched several other sites and I would feel the safest with you.

Yes, I like the way they structure the agreement between the landlord and tenant and their platform makes communication easy. Booking a long term stay was very straightforward and I felt I was protected as a tenant and liked the ease of paying my rent through them. I wish they had an app as that would make it easier to check into the apartment and communicate from your phone. Otherwise I was happy with the service.
