I am most pleased with the digital communication received before check-in and upon check-out. Instructions were clear and concise. There were only minor issues with obtaining a refund for a changed booking, however It was cleared up in a matter of days.

easy pricing structure and incredibly convenient. Compared to the terrible experience on "housing anywhere" website where they say the price is 1,000 per month, then you click in and it turns out the price is actually 2,500 and every month has a different price. Terrible experience there. Flatio is brilliant, we have used it before in Madeira and really enjoyed how straightforward and easy Flatio makes it. Please don't ever change!
